Damaged Products or Order Problems

We invite you to carefully check your order upon delivery.

is defective or damaged;
does not match the one ordered;

Exchanges

The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the one you received and, once the return is approved, make a separate new order.

Return Shipping Costs

Due to the particular nature of our products, return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Refunds

If the refund is approved:

the amount will be automatically credited to your original payment method;
