USA and EU: free shipping on all orders, with the exception of Sweden.
UK, Canada, Australia, Switzerland, Sweden, Ireland, and Slovenia: shipping costs are calculated based on order value:
- From €0 to €70.00: €15
- From €70.01 to €107.00: €20
- Over €107.01: €25
How long does delivery take?
Order processing time is generally 1-2 business days.
Shipping from local warehouse:
If products are available in the local warehouse, the package will be shipped as a priority via local couriers. Delivery times are approximately 3-5 business days.
Shipping from China:
If products are only available in our warehouses in China, the package will be shipped from China. Delivery times are approximately 6-10 business days.
Note: If the local warehouse is out of stock and delivery cannot be made within the expected timeframe, we will notify you by email.
Shipping will be carried out according to warehouse availability, and you will receive an email with delivery information.
After shipment, we will also send you the tracking number.
Which countries do you deliver to?
We offer shipping services to Germany, Italy, Spain, Luxembourg, Austria, Switzerland, United States, France, United Kingdom and many other countries.
How will my order be shipped?
We work with several logistics couriers, including USPS, DHL, UPS, Yanwen and others.
We will ship the package within 48 business hours of order confirmation and will send you the tracking number once it has been shipped.
Deliveries during holiday periods may be delayed.
I ordered multiple items. Will they all be delivered together?
We do our best to ensure all items arrive at the same time.
However, in some cases, products may be shipped separately, as different shipping options may be used depending on the product type.
When an item is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification by email.
Can I change the delivery address after the package has been shipped?
Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipping address once the package has been handed over to the courier.
Therefore, please carefully check that the address entered when ordering is correct.
