Please note that INSOON does not collect or store your credit/debit card number or other personal banking details during the payment process.

Reason 4: payment declined by the issuing bank

Reason 5: the card is not authorized for recurring payments

Contact your bank or card issuer to find out the reason for the decline and, if necessary, use an alternative payment method.
Reason 6: your account has been erroneously flagged as suspicious or fraudulent activity
Solution:
Contact the issuing bank and request the removal of the security block.
Reason 7: the bank detects an unusual transaction compared to your spending habits
To protect the cardholder, the banking institution may temporarily block the transaction.
Solution:
Contact your bank to authorize the payment and complete the purchase.
